The Russian company New Cloud Technologies, which develops the MyOffice office application platform, spoke about the results of its activities in 2019.

According to the presented data, the company’s revenue increased 5,2 times and reached 773,5 million rubles (+621 million rubles by 2018). The number of software licenses sold increased 3,9 times. At the end of 2019, 244 thousand licenses were transferred to customers, with 67% of sales coming from MyOffice Professional, a product consisting of a private cloud and a set of office applications for collaboration with documents, email, calendar and contacts.

The largest customers of MyOffice in 2019 were the Russian Guard (23 thousand licenses), Russian Post (30 thousand licenses), and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (13 thousand licenses). In addition, at the end of 2019, a centralized purchase of an office application platform for the needs of government agencies took place, as a result of which more than 150 thousand jobs in 19 federal executive authorities will be provided with solutions from a domestic developer. The volume of deliveries of MyOffice products to the regions of the Russian Federation increased by 22%.

The implementation, integration and technical support of MyOffice solutions is carried out by a network of 1364 partners: distributors, integrators, resellers and service companies (an increase of 32,5% compared to the previous year). MyOffice products can be deployed within corporate cloud systems and can operate in an isolated and protected perimeter of the organization.

“2019 was an incredibly important year for the development of our company. We have successfully dealt with a number of challenges and the implementation of technologically complex projects. This allowed us to increase revenue fivefold and begin to operate in international markets. In 2020, we will focus on working with customers and implementation partners. Our task is to ensure the most comfortable and efficient transition of customers to Russian software. International projects will also continue to develop - in addition to working in the African region, we are considering partnerships with the countries of Latin America, Europe and Asia,” says Dmitry Komissarov, CEO of the New Cloud Technologies company.

Simultaneously with summing up the results of 2019, the company announced a new solution - “MyOffice Knowledge Hub”. The presented platform is intended to become a single center of competence for the developer’s office products, allowing one to accumulate expert knowledge and experience working with the MyOffice ecosystem, as well as apply it for educational purposes.
