Network sources have released a new piece of information about the flagship smartphone Redmi, which is expected to use the high-performance Snapdragon 855 processor.
Recently, we recall, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun (Lei Jun) was seen with some smartphones that have not yet been officially presented. According to rumors, one of them is the Redmi device based on the Snapdragon 855 platform.
Now it is reported that this device may debut on the commercial market under the name Redmi Pro 2. The screen of the smartphone will be completely frameless - it does not have a cutout or hole.
It is alleged that the novelty will receive a front camera in the form of a retractable periscope module.
The main rear camera will allegedly include a 48-megapixel sensor. This camera, as you can see in the published render, will be made in the form of a triple block.
Apparently, the smartphone will receive at least 6 GB of RAM and a flash drive with a capacity of 64 GB.
The presentation of the Redmi Pro 2 model may take place in the third or fourth quarter of this year.
