Products are made in M.2 2280 format (22 Γ 80 mm). This allows them to be used in desktop and laptop computers, including ultrabooks.
The drives are PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe 1.3 solutions. 3D TLC flash memory microchips (three bits of information in one cell) and a Silicon Motion SM2263XT controller are involved.
The Helix-L family includes three models - with a capacity of 250 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB. The sequential read speed of information reaches 2110 MB / s, the sequential write speed is 1700 MB / s.
The devices are capable of up to 240K random read input/output operations (IOPS) and up to 260K random write operations.
We are talking about support for SMART monitoring tools. The average declared time between failures is 1,5 million hours. The drives come with a three-year warranty.
