The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation announces that next year the super service "Birth of a Child" will start working on the public services portal.
The concept of the new service has already been approved, and those who wish can get acquainted with it and leave wishes. The system helps parents easily and quickly β on a single application and without visits to government agencies β to receive the full range of public services and payments provided for during the period from pregnancy to enrolling a child in kindergarten.
Superservice will help in obtaining benefits at all stages, as well as provide instant access to the child's necessary documents through the citizen's digital profile. An electronic entry to the maternity hospital, kindergarten and attachment to the clinic is provided.
βAt the moment, it takes up to 14 personal visits to government departments or MFCs, 23 paper applications and more than an hour and a half of time without waiting in line to process the basic set of documents and the required benefits at the birth of a child. The Birth of a Child superservice will allow you to do this remotely and reduce the time to 15 minutes.
Already next year, the new system will make it possible to issue an electronic birth certificate, SNILS, TIN, compulsory medical insurance policy, certificate of registration at the place of residence, as well as a certificate for maternity capital. In the future, the capabilities of the platform will expand.
