How are we these days , the number of users of the resource has reached approximately 90 million people. As now reported in the ministry, as of April 1 this year, 86,4 million individuals and 462 thousand legal entities were registered on the portal.
Last year, the public services portal was visited about a billion times and more than 60 million applications were sent through it. According to these indicators, the Russian resource is the most popular state site in the world.
In total, approximately 1200 state and more than 26 thousand municipal services are available through the portal. Most often, platform users request information about the status of their personal account with the Pension Fund of Russia. In second place in demand is the service of registration of vehicles.
The number of payments made through the public services portal is constantly growing. So, if in 2016 the total amount of transactions amounted to 8,1 billion rubles, then in 2017 it was already 30,3 billion. And last year this figure even reached 52,6 billion rubles.
By the end of 2020, the so-called super services will be launched on the portal - complex automatic public services grouped according to typical life situations. The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media describes the scheme of operation of such services as follows: “Let's say a child was born in a family. The state, within the framework of the “Birth of a Child” super service, will not only automatically inform parents about all the required state services and payments, but will also proactively provide all the services necessary in this case. This is birth registration, obtaining a compulsory medical insurance policy, benefits, registering a child at the place of residence of the parents, and so on. Only one electronic application from parents is required.
In addition, the portal will acquire a number of other innovations. This is an opportunity to file an accident without the participation of inspectors, appeal a fine for violating traffic rules, get numbers and a registration certificate when buying a new car without visiting the State Traffic Inspectorate, etc.
