In it, in general terms, and very conditionally, the steps that must be taken to build this system were presented. However, I would like to add some specifics - to share resources that will help you in obtaining new knowledge.
So I ask everyone who is interested under cat!
Introduction
It is very easy to get lost in the information space nowadays. Technologies are developing rapidly, new gadgets are coming out, frameworks and programming languages are being improved, new products are being developed daily and old products are acquiring functionality. A huge stream of information rushes past us, from which it is not so easy to grab something really worth our attention.
And in order not to miss the information that is interesting to us, we form lists of our preferences and tastes. They also help us navigate the chaos of IT.
Below I will give an example of such a list, which I collected for myself. In terms of blogs and podcasts, it is more about . NET development, but it has resources that will be useful to everyone.
Useful resources
IT Event Aggregators
One of the most effective ways to gain new knowledge is to participate in events. These can be meetups, conferences, hackathons or just meetings of like-minded people. You can be both a listener and a speaker. At the same time, it is important to find those communities that are ready to bring knowledge to the masses, take responsibility for organizing and holding meetings, providing an opportunity to exchange experience and expertise.
To search for such events, there are a number of aggregators. Here are the ones I use:

Podcasts
If you spend a lot of time on the road (getting to work by car or on the subway) or like to combine learning with some other activity (like coding or cooking), then audio podcasts are definitely for you. Personally, I like this format the most (along with watching videos in YouTube), because you can do it in the background, without breaking away from the main activity.
Here is a partial list of those podcasts on . NET (and not only), which I periodically listen to:

Conclusion
In addition to the types of resources that I have indicated, there are many others: Telegram- и Youtube-channels, newsletters, webinars and others. I did not list them here, you can easily find them yourself. Try to choose the ones that are right for you. The main thing is that the information you receive is useful to you.
If you feel strong in yourself, have organizational skills or a craving for speaking, then you have a direct road to the organizers of existing communities and events. They will always help you with preparing for performances, give useful tips on creating your own community. Take the initiative in your own hands, and everything will work out for you.
Below are a few links that may be helpful on your self-development journey. I wish you patience and good luck!
