A new version of the program has been released bicarbonate of soda, designed to combine special effects with video for film production (the closest commercial analogues of the project are The Foundry Nuke and Blackmagic Fusion).
Over the past two years since the previous release, the project was almost buried due to a conflict between the main developers. However, the work was nevertheless resumed. In the new version, there are mainly fixes and minor improvements, there are few full-fledged innovations.
The main project forum in 2019 moved to own section at the Pixls site.
