Scientific and technical center "Module" presented a receiver for high-precision navigation

One of the largest Russian developers scientific and technical center "Module" I came to navigation. So far, the center has had controllers and microprocessors a wide range of purposes. The new field of activity will expand the experience and offer of Russian developers. In particular, Modul is going to enter the market of high-precision navigation devices, hoping to occupy 2024-15% of this market in Russia by 18, the capacity of which in five years promises to be from 21 to 40 billion rubles.

Scientific and technical center "Module" presented a receiver for high-precision navigation

At the NAVITECH-2019 exhibition, STC "Module" spoke about the module of the high-precision satellite three-frequency navigation receiver MS149.01 prepared for mass production. The solution will be promoted under the NaviMatrix brand. β€œThe receiver processes satellite navigation signals in a differential-phase mode and allows you to achieve centimeter accuracy when determining coordinates in dynamics or millimeter accuracy in statics.”

The device is built on the basis of the navigation processor K1888BC018 developed by STC "Module". This development promises to become the "elite" of high-precision navigation equipment, providing operation in three frequency bands and receiving signals from global navigation satellite systems GPS and GLONASS. Compatibility with the RTKLib high-precision navigation library is also declared.

This development of Russian engineers will be in demand in the mass of consumer solutions: in road and railway transport, automated sensors and networks for detecting deformation of structures, in precision farming, geodesy, robotics, in unmanned transport systems and in other areas. The stated operating temperature range starts at -40Β°C and goes up to 70Β°C. Finally, this decision is in line with import substitution, ensuring independence from foreign-made developments.
