Team17 and Veewo Games have announced that the action-platformer Neon Abyss is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on July 14th. Already now in A time-limited demo is available that offers 15 minutes on Easy, 18 minutes on Medium, and 24 minutes on Hard.
In Neon Abyss, you will become a member of the Grim Squad of Hades, who want to break into the Abyss and defeat the new gods. The game belongs to the roguelite genre, so death does not mean the end. Moreover, you will only become stronger to go further. Each playthrough will unlock locations, items, bosses, and endings, as well as include special rules.
Also in each dungeon you will find random items, the passive effects of which accumulate and can be combined without restrictions. And if you need help, you'll have to find eggs that hatch into pets with special abilities. Finally, you can always take a break from your adventures in the Abyss with random mini-games such as piano playing, meditation challenges, or dance competitions.
