This is a new stable release of NetworkManager. Notable changes include: Added support for routing rule policies, which is required for VPN WireGuard, support for which was in turn added in the previous stable release. Added support for VLAN filtering for network bridges. Added support for ieee-802-1 and ieee-802-3 LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) TLV.
