Both claims are almost identical to each other. Nintendo claims that the defendants "offer publicly available devices whose sole purpose is to hack the Nintendo Switch gaming console to allow people to play pirated games." The statement states that the products the criminals are selling belong to the anonymous hacker group Team Xecuter, which produces SX OS and β€œrelated pirated tools.”

At the time of writing, UberChips has already ceased to fully function. The website states that all pre-orders for SX products have been canceled and will be refunded. Other resources listed in the second lawsuit are still operating. The Nintendo Switch hack kit costs $47,99. They also sell products for the Super NES Classic Mini, PlayStation Classic, Nintendo 3DS and Game Boy Advance.

Nintendo is demanding a permanent ban on the sites and compensation of $2500 per sale in both cases. According to lawyers, piracy causes great damage to the company.
