Gearbox has announced that Bulletstorm will be coming to Switch in early summer. We are talking about Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition (an improved re-release of the old game), which will be released on the hybrid console under the name Bulletstorm: Duke of Switch. The game will include all released DLC, which means that Duke Nukem will not have to be purchased separately.
During their presentation at PAX East 2019, Gearbox revealed that Bulletstorm on the Switch is running at a frame rate that they didn't expect from a natively mobile system. Hopefully, this means players can expect a solid 60fps most of the time.
It is reported that the version of Bulletstorm for the Nintendo Switch was created in collaboration with the Ukrainian studio Dragon's Lake. This handheld version of the punchy old-school shooter is slated for release in early summer (no exact date yet).
The original Bulletstorm by People Can Fly and Epic Games was released on February 22, 2011 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. And in 2017, Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, a significantly improved and expanded version, was launched, capable of producing images in resolution up to 4K at 60 frames / s, with completely redone audio effects, textures and high-quality models, new visual effects, as well as additions Gun Sonata and Blood Symphony included.
