Acer has announced the TravelMate Spin B3 convertible laptop, as well as the TravelMate B3 classic laptop: devices focused on educational use.
The novelties are made in a reinforced case in accordance with the MIL-STD 810G standard. They withstand shock, high blood pressure and other “hardships” that are part of everyday student life.
The computer screen measures 11,6 inches diagonally, but its resolution has not been specified. The TravelMate Spin B3 version has a 360-degree swivel display cover that allows you to use the device as a tablet. It is allowed to control with fingers and a special pen.
Acer will offer modifications of computers with Intel Pentium and Celeron processors. We are talking about the presence of a network Ethernet controller, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, an HDMI interface and a symmetrical USB Type-C connector.
Claimed battery life on a single battery charge up to 12 hours. The operating system used is Windows 10.
The new items will go on sale in April. The price of the TravelMate Spin B3 transformer will start at $329, and the TravelMate B3 laptop will start at $239.
