Red Hat has released a stable release of Cygwin 3.3.0, which includes a DLL library for emulating the basic Linux API in Windows, which allows you to assemble the created ones with minimal changes Linux programs. The package also includes programs directly compiled for execution in Windows standard Unix utilities, server applications, compilers, libraries and header files.
