On May 23, NAVITEL held a press conference in Moscow dedicated to the release of new devices, as well as updating the range of DVRs.
The updated range of NAVITEL DVRs that meet the modern needs of motorists is represented by devices with more powerful processors and modern sensors with the Night Vision function. Some of the new products have also been equipped with a GPS module, adding features such as GPS information and a digital speedometer. Vehicle owners now have access to information about the location of control cameras and service providers, as well as potentially dangerous places.
As for car navigators, NAVITEL became the first company to make the transition of the entire model range from Windows CE to Linux OC, which made it possible to increase their speed and reliability. The update also affected the mounting system - magnetic ones replaced the usual holders. This reduced the installation time of the device.
At the press conference, the company also presented new products: navigation multimedia systems running OC Android and auto products.
The built-in multimedia system will allow you to use high-quality and detailed auto-navigation, listen to the radio, play music from various media, and also connect a rear view camera.
In addition, accessories for cars were presented: a car thermal cup holder, a power controller and a USB adapter.
Founded in 2006, NAVITEL has sold more than 1 million devices. Its share in the Russian market of DVRs is 11%, in the Polish market - 28,8%, in the Czech Republic - 16,4%.
The share of NAVITEL in the market of navigators in Russia reached 33,6%, Poland - 28,8%, Czech Republic - 21%.
