clamav, compactheader, dispmua, dkimpy, dpdk, mariadb, nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-340xx, postfix, postgresql, roundcube, sogo-connector. Removed packages caml-crush (building issues), firetray (incompatible with new Thunderbird), koji (unresolved security issues), python-lamson (breaking compatibility with python-daemon), radare2 and radare2-cutter (no maintenance and fix vulnerabilities). Debian 9.12 additionally removed the ruby-simple-form and trafficserver packages (left out of support).
To download and install "from scratch" within a few hours will be prepared and c Debian 10.3. Previously installed and up-to-date systems receive the updates that are present in Debian 10.3 through the native update system.
