Acer's new 4-inch 43K monitor supports HDR10

Acer has announced a giant monitor with the designation DM431Kbmiiipx, which is based on a high-quality IPS matrix measuring 43 inches diagonally.

The novelty uses a 4K format panel with a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. Declared support for HDR10 and 68 percent coverage of the NTSC color space.

The monitor has a brightness of 250 cd/m2, a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 100:000. The response time of the matrix is ​​000 ms. Viewing angles horizontally and vertically reach 1 degrees.

The novelty has stereo speakers with a power of 5 W each. There is an analog D-Sub connector, digital interfaces HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4 (×2), DisplayPort 1.2.

The monitor implements a set of Acer VisionCare technologies designed to reduce eye strain and improve the comfort of work. In particular, there are means to eliminate flicker and reduce the intensity of the blue backlight.

Among other things, the Picture in Picture (PIP) and Picture by Picture (PBP) functions are mentioned. Dimensions are 961,4 × 240,0 × 607,4 mm, weight - approximately 7,9 kilograms.

The DM431Kbmiiipx will go on sale shortly for an estimated price of $540.
