Added support for new GPUs:
- RTX GeForce 2080 SUPER
- Quadro RTX 3000 with Max-Q Design
And most importantly, bugs have been fixed regarding kernel configurations with the CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU option.
Support has also been added for systems that only have support for the ncurses widechar ABI.
