HTC's new mid-range smartphone is about to launch

Web sources report that Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) has certified a new HTC smartphone, codenamed 2Q7A100.

The named device will replenish the range of mid-range smartphones. To date, it is known that the device will receive a Snapdragon 710 processor, which contains eight Kryo 360 cores with a clock speed of up to 2,2 GHz, an Adreno 616 graphics accelerator and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engine.

We are talking about the presence of a Full HD + screen with a resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The amount of RAM will be 6 GB. As a software platform, the Android 9 Pie operating system is called.

The NCC documentation gives you an idea of ​​the look of the 2Q7A100. In particular, a large number of sensors can be seen above the screen. Apparently, the smartphone will receive a dual front camera. There is no information about the characteristics of the rear camera yet.

NCC certification means that the official announcement of the smartphone is just around the corner. Most likely, the device will debut before the end of the current quarter.
