GFN.ru works through NVIDIA RTX servers located in Russia, which allows you to achieve optimal performance and reduce latency. The server infrastructure was hosted in the recently opened Moscow Two data center by IXcellerate. By the way, members of the GeForce Now alliance themselves decide on the best business models, pricing, promotions, game libraries, and so on in their regions. Thus, players get a localized environment along with the quality and performance of GeForce Now.

The GFN.RU service in Russia works on almost any computer with Windows and macOS, and the main requirement is a high-quality Internet connection at a speed of 25 Mbps or more. It is worth noting that the service does not provide access to a specific library of games, but simply allows you to run supported games in the cloud from your own user accounts on Steam, Battle.net, Uplay and Epic Games. The list of projects compatible with GFN.ru is not very extensive yet - you can find it at the official website. New games can be purchased both through the platform interface in the cloud and on the pages of the respective platforms. Installation at the first launch in GeForce Now takes minimal time, unlike consoles and PCs. Of course, a cloud save system and regular updates are supported.

Said Gutseriev, a member of the Board of Directors of the SAFMAR Group, emphasized: β€œThe launch of the GFN.ru service is a strategic step in a new market for us. According to analysts, the Russian gaming industry accounts for slightly more than 1% of the global market, the volume of which is estimated at $140 billion. One of the limiting growth factors is the mismatch between the power of users' computers and the requirements of modern games. Thanks to NVIDIA technologies, the new service of the SAFMAR group will give the multi-million Russian audience the opportunity to go beyond the nominal limitations of their PCs.”
