Firefox Update 68.0.2

Corrective update published Firefox 68.0.2 which fixes several issues:

  • A vulnerability (CVE-2019-11733) that allows saved passwords to be copied without entering the master password has been fixed. When using the 'copy password' option in the Saved Logins dialog ('Page Info/Security/View Saved Password)', copying to the clipboard is carried out without the need to enter a password (the password entry dialog is displayed, but the data is copied to the clipboard independently on the correctness of the entered password, it is required that the master password has been entered correctly at least once within the current session);
  • Resolved problem loading images after reloading the page (the error also appeared in Google Maps);
  • Fixed bug, which led to the cutting off of some special characters at the end of the search query in the address bar (for example, the question mark and the β€œ#” symbol were removed);
  • Allowed download fonts via the β€œfile://” URL when opening a page from local media;
  • Resolved problem with printing messages from the Outlook web application (previously only the header and footer were printed);
  • Eliminated bug, causing a crash when launching external applications configured as handlers for certain URIs.
