Device owners are guilty of KB4535996, as well as patch KB4537572. The problem is reported to occur on Windows 10 Home version 1909. There is no data yet on earlier versions or other editions.
In addition, the Windows 10 February update to BSOD errors, problems before logging into the system, there is also a drop in frame rate in games and a slowdown in loading the operating system itself. In addition, there are performance issues with the Sign Tool command line utility.
At the moment, the company does not acknowledge these problems and does not comment on the situation. It is also unknown when (or even if) an update will be released to fix these glitches. Fortunately, KB4535996 can be removed, after which the system will not offer it again. At the moment this is the only option. Or you can simply not install it.
