A corrective release of the VLC 3.0.15 media player is available, which corrects accumulated errors, improves the rendering of subtitle text using freetype fonts, and defines the WAVE storage format for the Opus and Alac codecs. Problems with opening DVD catalogs containing non-ASCII characters have been resolved. When outputting video, the overlap of subtitles with sliders for changing position and changing volume has been eliminated. Problems with downloading via HTTPS on Windows XP have been resolved.
