The post reads: “We've been hard at work on Fallout 76 this year, including a major free update, Wastelanders. We love seeing how the elements of the upcoming patch come together. However, it will take more time to implement all the conceived ideas. Because of this, Wastelanders will be released a little later than the announced deadline - in the first quarter of next year. The team is working hard to ensure that the upcoming content meets our expectations and yours. We sincerely apologize for the delay, but trust me, it's worth the extra time." Bethesda also announced that private servers in Fallout 76 will appear next week. Their owners will be able to modify the game world at their own discretion, however, the developers did not provide specific information on this matter. In the same statement, Bethesda said they would try to improve the Atomic Shop by adding new items. And next year, the authors will rework the system of awards and achievements.
