In mid-April, the Bloober Team studio Observer: System Redux is an expanded edition of the Observer for next generation consoles. He talked about the added content in System Redux, technical improvements and versions for different platforms.

The journalists asked the head of the project how much the duration of the reissue will increase compared to the original. He replied: “The new elements are intertwined with the rest of the game, so it’s difficult to give an exact number. However, the average transit time should be 20% longer. It is necessary, of course, to take into account that everything depends on the individual style of the user.

In the conversation, Shimon Erdmansky also mentioned technical improvements that will be implemented in Observer: System Redux. This includes faster loading times, tweaked textures, character and animation models, new visual effects, and ray tracing support. About the resolution and frame rate, the head did not say anything specific, as the team continues to work on these aspects.

According to Szymon Erdmansky, Observer: System Redux is being created with PS5 and Xbox Series X in mind, but the Bloober Team is still considering releasing the project on PC and Nintendo Switch. A release date for the game has yet to be announced.
