The sci-fi archeology adventure Heaven's Vault is coming to PlayStation 4 and PC on April 16th from Studio Inkle. A version for macOS and iOS will come later.
In Heaven's Vault, you'll join archaeologist Alia Elasra and her robot assistant Six as they explore an ancient network of scattered moons, The Nebula. There, the heroes explore lost places and ruins, meet inscriptions and translate them from the language invented by the authors in order to reveal the secrets of the past of the local civilization.
You will be engaged in deciphering the language in the form of a puzzle with plot twists. Each inscription you find has a meaning, and the choice of translation is reflected in your playthrough - affecting Alia's ideas about what she found. Thanks to this system, the plot in Heaven's Vault is non-linear. The game remembers your decisions and paths, and guides you accordingly.
In addition to deciphering and translating, Alia and Six will travel through the Nebula in any order you want, as well as explore the found remains of ships and ruins, caves, lost palaces and other places.
