A Plague Tale: Innocence launches on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on May 14th. In preparation for the launch, Focus Home Interactive and Asobo have published a fresh trailer that briefly tells the story and features of a stealth action game set in war-torn and plague-ridden medieval France.

Once outside the threshold of the house, children will face hardships that are beyond the power of other adults. Hugo suffers from a mysterious illness, and Amicia will try to find a cure, survive and protect her younger brother at all costs, using light and darkness. She is strong, but still a child, and therefore cannot engage in open battles with enemies. Instead, you have to overcome difficulties, relying on the mind and skill. The simple-hearted and brave Hugo is also far from a burden in the adventure - without his help, Amicia will not cope with the difficulties.
On a terrible journey that cannot but affect the children's minds, the heroes will get acquainted with those who are subject to the art of alchemy - they will teach the children new ways to fight enemies, and their skills will open up alternative ways of passing. βBoth the plague and the Hundred Years War with England brought much trouble to all the inhabitants of this fading kingdom.
