Company presented in Russia on the eve of the school season an inexpensive Y1s smartphone running the Android 10 operating system. There is no information about the novelty on the official website of the company in Russia yet, but it is already known that it will go on sale on August 18 at a price of 8490 rubles.
Vivo Y1s is equipped with a Halo FullView display with a diagonal of 6,22 inches and a resolution of 1520 Γ 720 pixels, occupying 88,6% of the front panel. To reduce eye strain, it provides blue light filtering. At the top of the screen in a waterdrop notch is a selfie camera with a single 5-megapixel sensor. The resolution of the only main camera with flash is 13 megapixels.
The smartphone is based on Helio P35 (MT6765) octa-core processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics system. The specifications of the device also include 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB flash storage, a microSD card slot up to 256 GB, Wi-Fi (2,4 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, and a Micro-USB port. The battery capacity is 4030 mAh. The smartphone will be available in two color options: Wave Blue and Olive Black.
It is impossible not to mention that Vivo, in an official press release, positions the Y1s as a smartphone "for the whole family" and reports that its design is "inspired by the beauty of nature."
