It's official: Windows 10 update will be called November 2019 Update. It is already available to testers

The November 2019 Update is reportedly available to testers on the Late Access and Release Preview channels. It is assumed that the update will appear in the release in the near future, although the exact timing in Redmond is not called. But an anonymous source told Neowin that the November update will start coming out on October 17th, that is, next week. Distribution of it will go until mid-November. This confirms the early leaks.

Note that the Windows 10 November 2019 Update is expected to be distributed through the Update Center and not as a standalone image. No cardinal or particularly large innovations are expected in this assembly - they are postponed until at least spring. At the moment, we can talk about cosmetic improvements. One of them will be use "successful cores", which will increase single-threaded performance by an average of 15%. True, it is not yet clear to what extent this will correspond to reality in real problems.

In fairness, we note that such a performance boost will only work on the latest tenth generation Intel chips.
