OpenMoHAA 0.60.1 alpha - free implementation of the Medal of Honor engine

OpenMoHAA - a project for the free implementation of the Medal of Honor engine for modern systems. The goal of the project is to make Medal of Honor and its add-ons Spearhead and Breakthrough available for x64, ARM, Windows, macOS and Linux.

This project is based on the source code ioquake3, since the original Medal of Honor used the Quake 3 engine as a base.

What is implemented:

  • Bullet tracers should now work correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where the player could get stuck in Turret Mode after the Turret was removed.

  • A portable turret (packed MG42 turret) can now be placed.

  • Configurations are now stored in the home path.

  • Binaries are now stored in the root folder (no longer need to replace existing MOH binaries).

  • Added no PvS feature (hide players from other clients who can't see them).

  • Added more SH and BT features.

  • Added ioq3 server functions.

  • Mainly implemented AI Actor (still buggy).

  • Implemented vehicle and turret gun from BT 2.40.

  • A voting system has been implemented.

  • Fixed a number of crashes.

  • Rendering fixes, client fixes, game fixes, and scripting engine fixes.

The project is currently raw. We are still far from full implementation and the first playable version.
