Oppo introduced the F15: a mid-ranger with a 6,4β€³ screen, a quad camera and an under-display fingerprint scanner

Oppo has launched the F15 in the Indian market, the company's latest smartphone in the F series, which is essentially a copy of released in China A91but for the international market. The device is equipped with a 6,4-inch Full HD + AMOLED screen, which occupies 90,7% of the front plane; MediaTek Helio P70 chip and 8 GB of RAM.

The rear quad camera includes a 48-megapixel main module and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle macro module, as well as two auxiliary 2-megapixel modules. There is also a 16-megapixel front-facing camera housed in the screen cutout. An in-screen fingerprint sensor can unlock the device in 0,32 seconds - 45% faster than the previous generation; there are slots for two SIM cards and microSD, a gradient finish on the back panel and a 4000 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging (50% of the battery is replenished in 30 minutes).

Oppo F15 specifications include:

  • 16MP front camera with f/2 aperture;

  • 4000mAh battery with support for 30W fast VOOC 3.0 charging.

The Oppo F15 is already available online in India in Soft Black and Unicorn White colors for Rs 19 (about $990) and will hit brick-and-mortar stores on January 280th. It is not clear when the device will arrive on other markets.
