Distribution features:
- Using the KDE4 desktop with the integration of new programs from KDE5, modernizing the design and using components specially developed for ROSA, such as SimpleWelcome, RocketBar, StackFolder and Klook;
- Graphical interface for system management, including support for installing proprietary drivers and entering Windows AD and FreeIPA domains;
- Ability to quickly install and launch proprietary programs (Skype, Viber, etc.) from the start menu;
- The Firefox ESR branch is offered as the main browser, Yandex.Browser is optionally available. Among the programs offered by default: Thunderbird email client with the Lighting organizer extension, Pidgin instant messaging program with support for avahi-bonjour (work without a central server), LibreOffice office suite, GIMP and Inkscape image editors, KDEnlive video editor. OpenJDK 1.8 is preinstalled to run Java applications.
