The flexible smartphone Samsung Galaxy Fold will go on sale in the Russian market in the second half of May. This is reported by Kommersant, referring to information provided by the head of Samsung Mobile in our country, Dmitry Gostev.
Recall that the main feature of the Galaxy Fold is a 7,3-inch Infinity Flex QXGA + flexible display. Thanks to this panel, the device can be folded like a book. There's also an optional 4,6-inch Super AMOLED HD+ external screen.
Another feature of the smartphone is a unique camera system that combines six modules at once. The device has a powerful eight-core processor, 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, a 3.0 GB UFS 512 flash drive, and a dual-module battery with a total capacity of 4380 mAh.
So, it is reported that in Russia the Galaxy Fold smartphone will be available only on the Samsung website and in several dozen stores of the company's retail network. The price, according to preliminary data, will be from 150 to 000 rubles.
Mr. Gostev noted that Samsung is counting on good sales of the flexible smartphone in our country. In particular, demand is expected to exceed the expected volume of supplies.
