Oxygen Not Included will leave early access at the end of July

Studio Klei Entertainment announced the official release date for survival sim Oxygen Not Included. The project will leave early access on July 30, 2019.

By the release of the game, the developers will implement some changes: there will be several asteroids and three new biomes, changes will be made to the balance. New buildings and materials processing methods are also promised.

Oxygen Not Included was released to Steam Early Access in May 2017. The player must manage a space colony on an asteroid. He needs to build a base, extract resources, develop agriculture and much more that is necessary for survival. The user also has to monitor a number of parameters, such as hunger, temperature, oxygen levels and others.

The release of the game was to take place in May 2019, but the studio rescheduled it due to work on an update. The authors promised to support the project in the future and add new content.
