Apple is set to announce at its upcoming annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2020 that it is moving to use its own ARM chips for the Mac family of computers to replace Intel processors. This was reported by the Bloomberg resource, citing informed sources.
The Cupertino-based company plans to announce the transition to its own chips early to give Mac app developers time to get their products ready in time for Apple's first ARM-based Mac in 2021, according to Bloomberg sources.
