Co-founder and CEO of Paragon Software Group Konstantin Komarov published in Linux-Fsdevel mailing list a patch with the implementation of the NTFS file system driver that supports all basic operations - reading, writing, working with discharged and packed files, extended attributes, and restoring data and file system journal.
The code is provided under the GPL license and meets all the basic requirements for accepting patches into the kernel.
So far, the issues of auditing the published code and the candidacies of its future maintainers are not resolved.
