Patriot is expanding its range of Viper Gaming memory kits for gaming systems. The Viper 4 Blackout series of modules has been expanded with two-channel high-capacity kits consisting of 32 GB modules.
In total, three sets were presented, each of which consists of two modules of 32 GB each, that is, a total capacity of 64 GB. Sets are available with effective frequencies of 3000, 3200 and 3600 MHz. For the first two, the timings are CL16-18-18-36, while the latency of the fastest modules is CL18-20-20-40.
The novelties are equipped with relatively small black aluminum radiators without any notorious backlighting. The operating voltage of the 32 GB Viper 4 Blackout modules is 1,35 V. The new products also support XMP 2.0 profiles for overclocking. In addition, the manufacturer notes that Viper 4 Blackout modules are extensively tested for compatibility with current Intel and AMD desktop processors.
Two 4GB Viper 32 Blackout memory kits are already available in the US for between $285 and $310 depending on frequency.
