The first expansion for We Happy Few will be released on April 4 and will tell the story of the adventures of Roger and James

Gearbox Publishing and Compulsion Games have announced that We Happy Few's Roger & James in They Came from Below will be released on April 4th.

The Roger & James in They Came from Below DLC will be sold separately for $7,99 and will also be included with the Season Pass for $19,99. This is the first story chapter in the DLC. Wellington Wells is besieged by a robot uprising, but that's not the only thing that threatens to tear apart the Roger and James couple.

In Roger & James in They Came from Below, you will assume the role of Roger and team up with your boyfriend James to find Dr. Faraday, explore a vast underground laboratory, and discover the source of the invading robots before it's too late.

“We Happy Few is the story of a small group of brave and moderately terrible people trying to escape from a life of joyful denial in the city of Wellington Wells. In this alternate England of the 1960s, conformity is at the heart of everything. You must fight or merge with drugged residents, most of whom are evil to people who do not obey their not quite normal rules, ”the game description says.
