The Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group) has received a laptop called RedmiBook 14 for certification. It is he who is expected to become the first portable computer under the Redmi brand.
It is known that the laptop will be equipped with a 14-inch display. Apparently, the developer will use a Full HD panel with a resolution of 1920 Γ 1080 pixels. In addition, Bluetooth 5.0 wireless support is mentioned.
Most likely, the "heart" of RedmiBook 14 will be the Intel processor, although, unfortunately, there is no exact information on this subject yet.
Note that Xiaomi itself entered the portable computer market back in 2013. Xiaomi laptops are in very high demand in various countries, including China and India.
At the beginning of this year, Xiaomi announced the separation of the Redmi brand into an independent brand. This will help the company more clearly divide its cellular devices into price categories. So, under the Redmi brand, devices of initial and middle levels will be produced. For productive models and top-level smartphones, it is planned to use the Mi brand.
