Pivotal has started accepting orders for single-seat electric planes starting at $190 - they don't require a pilot's license

American startup Pivotal (formerly Opener.aero) has begun collecting pre-orders for the single-seat Helix octocopter. A pilot's license is not required to fly this ultralight aircraft. However, flying near airfields and crowded places will be prohibited.
