Stardew Valley creator Eric Barone, aka ConcernedApe, announced the release long-awaited update 1.4 - the patch is already available on PC (Steam, GOG).

The full list of changes that came with the update is available on Baron's blog and has over 500 fixes and additions. As the author himself warns, the text may contain spoilers.

Besides already announced innovations, Stardew Valley now has a map called "Four Corners", over 60 items and dozens of additional customization options (24 hairstyles, 181 shirts, 35 hats, 14 pants, 2 pairs of boots).

The patch also adds 14 new music tracks to the game and several useful features, such as the ability to store large items like barrels or keep track of the preferences of other farmers.

As for the release of 1.4 on consoles and mobile devices, then, according to Baron, we won’t have to wait long (previously it was said about a two-week period). The developer promised to share the details as soon as possible.

Stardew Valley was released on PC in February 2016, and over the next three years, the village life simulator reached other platforms: PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PS Vita, iOS and Android.
