Samsung has announced a mid-range tablet Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), running the Android operating system with a proprietary One UI add-on.
The device is equipped with an 8,4-inch diagonal AMOLED display. A Full HD panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels has been applied.
The front has a 5-megapixel camera. The rear camera is made on the basis of an 8-megapixel matrix.
The basis is the proprietary Exynos 7904 processor, which has eight cores with a clock speed of up to 1,8 GHz. The amount of RAM is 3 GB, the capacity of the flash drive is 32 GB.
The equipment includes wireless adapters Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.0. There is a receiver of satellite navigation systems GPS/GLONASS. Also worth mentioning is the microSD card slot.
Responsible for power is a 5000 mAh battery. The novelty will be offered in modifications with support for mobile communication of the fourth generation LTE.
The tablet will be available for an estimated price of $280.
