Today KDE releases a bug fix update for KDE Plasma 6 version 6.0.3
This release adds two weeks of fixes from KDE contributors. There were more than 149 fixes in total, here are some of them:
- Smoothed out the hover/unhover animation of the floating panel when using a zoom factor, both when using a zoom factor greater than 100% and in general.
- Entries on the system settings autorun page are now sorted alphabetically rather than in the order they were added.
- Fixed an issue that caused Gwenview to crash when trying to play a video.
- Fixed an issue in Okular that caused a crash when closing a note annotation when spell checking was enabled.
- Installing a font in Wayland now works instead of crashing system settings.
- Plasma more Doesn't crash when playing certain music videos on Spotify.
- Fixed an issue where some XWayland windows could permanently resize when using certain fractional scaling factors in Qt 6.7.
- Fixed the loading sound not playing when loading after all the audio changes made to Plasma 6.
- Fixed a recent regression in multi-monitor settings that was causing task manager widgets to display tasks on the wrong screen and notifications on X11 appearing in the center of one of the screens instead of the correct position.
- Subpixel previews on the Fonts page in System Preferences now display correctly in Wayland.
- Fixed a Qt bug in Performance Monitor that would cause a crash when trying to open the details sidebar on the Applications page.
