The platform already features 50 restaurants. Of these, 000 - with the possibility of remote table reservation, 10 - with bonuses, 000 - with payment without waiting, tips and a separate check, 2000 - with a pre-order of food and drinks.
Guests will be able to split the bill among themselves in the application and pay it in a convenient way (by bank card, cash or through Apple Pay or Google Pay services), without waiting for the waiter to split the total order and bring a check.
Another component of the SberFood platform is the Plazius Marketing Cloud CRM system for restaurants. It includes a complete set of tools for marketing automation, loyalty program setup, analytics and guest communications. This system will help in attracting new guests. Marketing Cloud is integrated into the restaurant's cash system and will help increase the average bill and frequency of visits to the establishment by regular guests, as well as return guests who have stopped going.
In general, the SberFood platform optimizes the process of interaction between the restaurant and the guest, reducing the waiting time for the guest and the cost of service for the restaurant. βThe platform is designed to increase the turnover of the restaurant, freeing up capacity for the influx of new guests, reduce business costs and give the institution an additional multi-million dollar platform to attract an audience.
