Jumanji: The Video Game co-op game announced based on Jumanji

In Jumanji: The Video Game, an action-adventure game, you take on the role of the heroes of the recent Jumanji revival to find magic stones and save the world. Deadly exotic creatures, evil marauders and other dangers of the local lands will rise up against you. The game provides for a cooperative mode (up to three people) over the network or on a split screen. Together, you explore the world as Dr. Smolder Bravestone, Ruby Roundhouse, Franklin Finbar, or Professor Shelley Oberon.

β€œFor our studio, this is a dream come true,” said Funsolve Studio Founder and Director Richard Tawn. β€œTurning the exotic, dangerous and at the same time funny world of Jumanji into a video game resulted in the creation of something truly special. We'll be sharing more details and revealing more information soon, but for now, let's just stick with the fact that it's scheduled to premiere in November. And one more thing. Soon you will find yourself in the role of famous heroes!

"This is a project we've wanted to work on for a long time," said Outright Games CEO Terry Malham. β€œOur company is engaged in the production of high quality interactive entertainment for the whole family, and we are absolutely sure that it is difficult to think of a series more interesting for our audience than Jumanji.”

The first film in the Jumanji series was shown in 1995. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was released in 2017, and its sequel will premiere in December of this year.

Jumanji: The Video Game will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on November 15, 2019.
