True, this time we are not talking about a smartphone, but about a tablet computer. The device will receive a 9,7-inch LCD main touch screen with a resolution of 2408 Γ— 1536 pixels.

At the back of the gadget there is a monochrome E Ink display with a resolution of 1200 Γ— 825 pixels. We are talking about support for the Wacom pen with the ability to recognize up to 4096 levels of pressure. Thus, users will be able to take notes, draw, enter handwriting, etc.

The hardware basis will be the MediaTek MT8176 processor. The chip combines two high-performance Cortex-A72 cores with a frequency of 2,1 GHz and four energy-efficient Cortex-A53 cores with a frequency of 1,7 GHz. The graphics subsystem uses the Imagination PowerVR GX6250 controller.

Among other things, 2 GB of RAM, a 32 GB flash drive, a microSD slot, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters, a GPS receiver, a USB Type-C port and a 5000 mAh battery are mentioned.

Money for the release of a hybrid tablet and reader Epad X with two screens is planned to be raised through a crowdfunding campaign. The price and timing of the release of new items on the market are not specified.
