Recall that the EBS allows individuals to remotely carry out banking operations. In the future, the scope of the platform is planned to be expanded by implementing new services.

To identify users within the framework of the EBS, biometrics is used - a face image and a voice. Samples of this data can now be provided at post offices of the new format. Such points are equipped with the most modern equipment and technologies that can significantly improve the level of service and reduce customer service time.

Currently, there are about 400 branches of the Russian Post of the new format throughout the country - from million-plus cities to small towns with a population of less than 10 thousand people. Biometrics in such branches is collected by Post Bank employees using the standard equipment of their workplace.

Already, biometric data can be submitted in 33 offices located in different cities - Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk and others. In the near future, work to expand the network of such post offices will continue. After the full deployment of the project, Post Bank's network for collecting biometrics will become one of the most extensive in the country.
