Difficulties with loading pages on the Internet are regularly experienced by 72% of Russian web users. Such data, according to Kommersant, are given in a study by TelecomDaily.

It is noted that 43% of users in our country experience network failures several times a week. Almost every third - 29% - Russian web user encounters problems on the Internet daily.

Crashes can be caused by various reasons. These are problems with operator or client equipment, too much content on the downloaded site, etc.

The study suggests that the willingness of Russian users to wait for a web page to open depends on its content. Thus, in the case of video materials, 35% of respondents are ready to wait up to 6 seconds. At the same time, pages with text and images of news and entertainment portals, 53% of users will immediately leave if there is a problem with loading.

Web page loading speed is affected by their design and layout. Experts note that the low speed of opening sites has a negative impact on their attendance. Online stores can be especially hard hit by this. The study shows that in case of problems with loading pages of such sites, only 36% of users agree to wait, while 33% will close the page and start looking for another store. With difficulties loading online shopping sites, the likelihood of a purchase is also significantly reduced.
