ThinkPad X201 support removed from Libreboot

Builds have also been removed from rsync and build logic has been removed from lbmk. This motherboard has been found to experience a fan control failure when using a cropped Intel ME image. This problem seems to only affect these older Arrandale machines; The issue was discovered on the X201, but is likely to affect the Thinkpad T410 and other laptops.

This issue does not affect newer platforms, only Arrandale/Ibex Peak machines such as the ThinkPad X201. The X201 uses Intel ME version 6. ME version 7 and above did not show any problems with clipping.

It is not recommended to use Libreboot on this platform. Using coreboot is still possible, but you must use the full Intel ME image. Therefore there will no longer be support in Libreboot. The Libreboot project's policy is to provide only a non-ME configuration or a neutral ME configuration using me_cleaner.

It is recommended to simply use another machine. Arrandale machines are now considered broken (in the context of the main boot) by the Libreboot project, and will not be supported by Libreboot - unless further testing is done and this issue is fixed. The removal was done urgently for user safety reasons.
