The authors have revealed many details of their next game. They are betting on a variety of puzzles - this time they will differ in single and cooperative passage. To motivate users to interact, Frozenbyte has created complex puzzles. To solve them, you need to apply the skills of all the heroes and build combinations of them.
Journalists came across a puzzle with platforms where it is necessary to implement the principle of an elevator. They need to be connected, then make a counterweight and make one of the platforms fly up. This will knock up the heroes standing on it and they will be able to move on. The developers said that they have significantly improved their engine, so the visual component in Trine 4 will show a qualitative increase.
The fourth part sets a darker tone of the story. The plotline says that Prince Selius sleeps and has nightmares. Thanks to his power, all of them are embodied in the real world. The heroes went to the Astral Academy to begin their journey to save the prince. Each character will have to face their own personal fears.
